Datachain to Join the “Institutional Privacy” Panel
Motoki Yoshida, Head of On-Chain Privacy Business at Datachain, will participate in the “Institutional Privacy” panel, scheduled to begin at 12:20 p.m. JST. He is expected to join experts from across the global Ethereum ecosystem, including EthSystems and ETHGlobal, to discuss the privacy protections required by enterprises, financial institutions, and institutional investors using public blockchains.
Enterprise use of public blockchains requires confidentiality for sensitive information, including counterparties, transaction amounts, and asset holdings. Organizations must also be able to access and disclose information as needed for audits and other compliance purposes.
The session will explore how to reconcile transaction confidentiality on public blockchains with organizational requirements for transparency and accountability. Drawing on insights gained through the development of KuraPrivacy, Datachain will share its perspective on on-chain privacy for enterprise use.
