KuraPrivacy Launches Early Partner Program for Enterprise On-Chain Privacy Infrastructure; 10 Companies Join to Pilot Privacy-Protected Stablecoin Transactions and Regulatory Compliance

June 15, 2026

Datachain, Inc. today announces the launch of an Early Partner Program for KuraPrivacy (formerly "Datachain Privacy"), its enterprise-grade on-chain privacy infrastructure. Eleven companies have joined as partners (Ango-ya LLC, Fracton Ventures, Inc., Gaia Inc., GALLUSYS Ltd., GENTOSHA INC., Green Monster Inc., HODL 1,inc., Japan Blockchain Foundation Co., Ltd., Speee, Inc., and TRADOM Inc., listed in alphabetical order) and will collaborate with Datachain to develop and validate Web3 wallets and applications enabling privacy-protected stablecoin transfers using KuraPrivacy.

1. Backgrounds and Objectives

Stablecoins are increasingly recognized as next-generation financial infrastructure for inter-enterprise payments and cross-border transfers. However, the inherent transparency of blockchain, where counterparty information, transaction amounts, and asset holdings are publicly visible on-chain, remains a significant barrier to enterprise adoption.

Privacy technologies have long attracted attention within the blockchain community, but existing solutions have primarily targeted individual users. Few solutions have met the enterprise requirements of AML/CFT compliance, auditability, flexible key management for multi-party operations, and robust key recovery mechanisms.

KuraPrivacy is an on-chain privacy infrastructure developed by Datachain since 2025, designed to meet these enterprise requirements while delivering uncompromising privacy protection. The foundational layer has already been validated in a test environment; the next phase focuses on building out the wallet and payment application layer, including UI/UX design, for day-to-day enterprise use.

This program advances the joint development of real-world-ready solutions through iterative use-case validation and feedback from partner companies that have deep expertise in the blockchain space. Through this initiative, Datachain aims to set the global standard for enterprise on-chain privacy, building on its roots in Japan and Asia.

About the Product Name

In conjunction with this announcement, "Datachain Privacy" has been officially renamed "KuraPrivacy."

The "Kura" in KuraPrivacy derives from the Japanese word "蔵" (kura), meaning storehouse. Historically, merchant storehouses across Japan served as fortified spaces that protected valuables (assets, contracts, and financial records) from the outside world, with access entrusted only to those deemed reliable. This model of safeguarding value while tightly controlling access underpinned trustworthy commerce for centuries. KuraPrivacy's vision for on-chain privacy reflects that same principle.

Fracton Ventures, Inc. — Co-founder, Yudai Suzuki
Enterprise adoption and privacy have rarely been discussed together in Japan's blockchain industry. We believe that privacy is not a vice, and that achieving regulatory compatibility is a challenge to be solved with technology. With enterprise stablecoin adoption gaining momentum, we feel this is exactly the right moment to confront this topic head-on. We are eager to support Datachain's efforts in this space, and look forward to contributing on both the regulatory and ecosystem fronts.

Gaia Inc. — Representative Director & CEO, Masahiro Kubota
Our focus at Gaia is on asset management and cryptocurrency payments on blockchain, and we strongly feel the necessity of privacy technology in this space. We are delighted to be partnering with a team building technology that reconciles privacy and compliance, as KuraPrivacy does.

GALLUSYS Ltd. — CTO, Kenichi Yoshida
We have maintained a relationship with Datachain for some time and have great expectations for the company's technical capabilities and execution. As enterprise stablecoin adoption grows, the ability to balance privacy with regulatory compliance is essential. As a company that relies on stablecoins in our own operations, we wholeheartedly welcome the real-world deployment of KuraPrivacy.

GENTOSHA INC. — Editor-in-Chief, New Economy / Head of Content Business Division, Yusuke Shitara
Through operating Atarashii Keizai, Gentosha has covered stablecoins and cryptocurrency extensively. Throughout that journey, we have long recognized the lack of solutions that enterprises can adopt with confidence and explain clearly to business partners and internal stakeholders. We believe KuraPrivacy has the potential to address precisely these challenges. Through our participation in this program, we aim to provide feedback and contribute to the development of practical wallet and privacy solutions for the enterprise space.

Green Monster Inc. — Representative Director and Chairman, William Wang
As stablecoins, RWAs, and AI agent payments evolve, infrastructure for inter-company payments and digital assets will grow ever more vital. KuraPrivacy tackles the privacy and operational challenges essential to enterprise on-chain transactions. Through this program, we will pursue practical verification to further advance our Blockchain Infrastructure business.

HODL 1,inc. — Representative Director, Hiroki Tahara
The key to widespread on-chain financial adoption lies in reconciling privacy in user transactions with compliance requirements. Our company places stablecoin payment adoption at the core of our BUIDL business, and our collaboration with KuraPrivacy will allow us to offer clients a decisive advantage: confidentiality paired with regulatory compliance. Validating a diverse range of use cases alongside leading companies from different industries is one of the key strengths of this program, and we will actively contribute to establishing a Japan-led enterprise Web3 privacy standard.

Japan Blockchain Foundation Co., Ltd. — Representative Director, Daimei Inaba
Japan Open Chain is promoting the practical implementation of a highly reliable public blockchain infrastructure that Japanese companies can use with confidence. In next-generation financial infrastructure, including stablecoins and B2B transactions, it is important to properly protect the privacy of transaction and corporate information while ensuring transparency and auditability. Through the KuraPrivacy program, we will contribute to its real-world implementation.

Speee, Inc. — Director, Masataka Nishida
Through our group company Datachain, we have explored the practical adoption of stablecoin payments, but the public visibility of transaction details has been a major challenge. We wholeheartedly welcome KuraPrivacy as a solution to this problem. Through this program, we intend to validate and demonstrate firsthand the value of this solution, which achieves both privacy and compliance, and contribute to establishing the standard for on-chain privacy and the future of digital payments.
