Background and Purpose of Participation

In recent years, blockchain technology and stablecoins have expanded beyond the crypto asset domain into increasingly practical use cases, including payments, remittances, tokenized assets, and digital asset distribution. As the social implementation of these technologies continues to advance, fostering the next generation of talent who will support that implementation is becoming an increasingly important priority.

Datachain has decided to participate in “Tornado 2026” as an official partner in order to contribute to greater understanding of blockchain technology and stablecoins among younger generations, while also supporting the development of next-generation engineers and business development talent. A hackathon is not merely a competition for development, it is also a practical setting in which participants identify issues as a team, formulate hypotheses, and shape ideas into products. Datachain believes that such experiences can significantly contribute to the growth of the talent that will drive future engineering, product development, and business creation.

In addition, Datachain’s enterprise Web3 wallet, Datachain Wallet, is scheduled to be used for the delivery and management of JPYC that will be awarded as prizes in this hackathon. Datachain Wallet is offered for use cases such as the transfer and management of stablecoins by enterprises, and Datachain welcomes inquiries in advance regarding implementation and utilization.
